ENCAPSULATION (DRY OR VERY LOW MOISTURE METHOD) PROCESS. THIS PROCESS CAN ALSO BE USED BETWEEN HOT WATER STEAM EXTRACTION PROCESS FOR CARPET MAINTENANCE.
The Hot Water Steam Extraction Process...
- A power vacuum is used to extract the dirt and dust from the carpet.
- Stain removal is used prior to the actual cleaning of the carpet.
- Pre-Spray and deodoriser to loosen the soil and other deposits for better stain removal and to boost freshness.
- The carpet is then agitated to get even the deepest ingrained dirt removed.
- Finally, the carpet is steam cleaned using a top-quality carpet conditioner.
- This method takes 4-6hours for the carpet to dry depending on room temperature and air circulation.
Encapsulation (DRY OR VERY LOW MOISTURE METHOD) Process.
- We use a Wool Safe, top quality dry compound.
- The carpets are thoroughly vacuumed using an industrial grade vacuum cleaner.
- Any heavy stains are treated with professional spotters to remove any marks from your carpet.
- The carpet is first lightly treated with a high quality, wool safe pre spray.
- We then use a fragranced, dry carpet cleaning compound based upon natural organic compound coated with biodegradable cleaning agents.
- The compound is gently agitated into the carpet pile with a CRB machine.
- The compound encapsulates the dirt and dust from deep down in your carpets.
- It is them thoroughly vacuumed again to remove the ground in dirt.
- Your carpet pile is then aligned with a carpet pile brush.
- This method is ideal for use in domestic and commercial environments where a fast-drying time is paramount.This means that you can get back to business faster.
- Drying time is reduced to 30 minutes to one hour, depending on room temperature and air circulation.
- Environmentally Friendly

Stain Removal
Removing old, tough, or smelly stains from your carpet (such as pet urine or red wine) can seem a daunting task but is easy for us as we use a Water Claw.
The stain is treated with a small amount of stain / odour treatment and then completely flushed out of the carpet along with contaminants from the carpet and the underlay.
The Water Claw extracts water out of both carpet and underlay in one easy step, leaving the carpet stain and odour free.
The use of less chemicals is friendlier to the environment.
